"Nice! I'm pretty sure it's not legal...thats not to say it doesn't happen...like your current rotation. Been wanting to do either a smoked or pepper beer....ive got my IPA, strong ale and two stouts on tap (split a batch and made a chai milk stout for the wife). I now have lagering capabilities and will do my first one soon, hopefully (prob a Czech pils)."
