"Served at ~55 degrees. No head. At all. Roasty nose, very briny. Smooth mouthfeel but a little bit dry. The brewer claims “big” chocolate notes, but I can barely pick any up. Definitely a Belgian, but kind of spoiled by the brininess. Not sure if this is intended or the result of poor storage."
