Ommegang Brewery Three Philosophers (Quadruple)

"Fascinating brew. First time I've had a beer that I really wish I had the right glass for. Anyways ..the beer is a blend of quadrupel and a Belgian brewery's mixed fermentation, aged over cherries, "classy" beer. I'll follow the label instructions on pouring and serving temp for the next one."
